O evento, considerado o maior da pesquisa jur\u00eddica do Brasil, est\u00e1 ocorrendo, neste ano, de forma virtual.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\"><\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">Os artigos tiveram por t\u00edtulo &#8220;A mulher no constitucionalismo brasileiro: marcha pelo direito a ter direitos&#8221; e &#8220;O custo dos direitos fundamentais sociais para o Munic\u00edpio e as repercuss\u00f5es na cidadania: um debate necess\u00e1rio&#8221;. O primeiro foi apresentado junto ao GT G\u00eanero, Sexualidade e Direito II.
